WE HAVE OFFICIALLY MOVED!
(We will be open for business in our new location on July 7th, 2009)
The past two years in our Matthews location was great! We met so many wonderful customers who became dear friends. We have served so many from our small cake studio that we sincerely appreciate and treasure... people we hope will continue to call upon Cakes by Victoria to provide cakes for all future, momentous occasions.
Although the location proved beneficial to the business initally, we recently realized in order to grow, we must relocate to a larger facility.
Our new location IS AWESOME and will allow us to expand and provide more for our customers. The central location will still be convenient to Matthews, close to the Cotswold area, not too far from Myers Park and South Park, close to Elizabeth, Uptown Charlotte and Plaza Midwood. We see it as a great opportunity for expansion!
Effective July 7, 2009 our new address will be:
4416 Monroe Road, Suites E & F,
Charlotte, NC 28205.
This is in the Monroe Road Business Park, located between Sharon Amity and Wendover/Eastway Drive.
The phone number will remain the same, as well as this web site address.

Due to the increased demand for our cakes, our lead time for specialty cakes could be up to 2 weeks prior notice. There are occasions when we can fit in last minute requests, however requests for custom art work generally requires more time. Please plan ahead and book early to insure an order confirmation.

My Assistant, Jessica Klouse.
Jessica has been assisting me on a part-time basis while completing her studies in Pastry Art at CPCC. Jessica recently graduated and now comes to Cakes by Victoria as my Assistant and Head Baker. This young lady has a passion for baking and cake design/decorating. She displays promising talent and I have to say I feel honored to have her on board!
