Consultations & Tastings

We schedule consultations for both wedding cakes and specialty cakes, however we do limit our tastings to weddings only,

You can generally expect to taste between 3 to 5 flavors of cakes as well as the icings and fillings to compliment them.  Please let us know if you have a special request and we will try to have that available at your tasting.  During extremely busy weeks with heavy bookings we may not be able to bake special requests, but can schedule that for a later date and for a small fee.

Please know that when scheduling a consultation and tasting, we block that special time for you on our calendar and that time is reserved especially for the bride.  We prepare ahead of time to have your samples ready.  If you must reschedule we understand and can arrange another appointment time.  If you decide not to keep your consultation and tasting time, we would certainly appreciate a phone call to let us know you won't be coming. It is very disappointing to prepare special cake samples and have a customer simply not show up for the tasting.

Our consultations consist of one FREE tasting.  If you schedule additional tastings to bring other family members in, there will be a charge of $25
